We are confident of the quality of our merchandise and wish to provide you with the best customer service possible.  To that end, should you have any issues with the merchandise or service, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve these issues to your satisfaction.


PLACING ORDERS

At the store: We have a large selection of merchandise on the floor and available from our myriad of catalogues.  You are welcome to take the time to check out our in-stock items, and also to peruse through our many beautiful catalogues.  For all special orders and custom orders, advance payment is required.
By Phone/Fax/Email: Orders can be placed over the phone, by email, or by fax.  If ordering from our Mazza Gallerie store, please call 202-363-1760, or use the email or fax address found under STORE LOCATION or CONTACT US.  Similarly, for our Tysons Galleria store, please call 703-714-9390, or use the email or fax address under STORE LOCATION or CONTACT US.  For all special orders, and for orders of in-stock merchandise that will be shipped directly based on your phone, email or fax order, advance payment is required.


SALES TAX

All items bought in the stores or delivered via FedEx or UPS or any other carrier within the tri-state area (Virginia, Maryland, DC) are subject to sales tax.  Respective rates are as follows: Virginia: 5%; Maryland: 6%; and DC: 5.75%.


HANDLING AND SHIPPING

We charge cost plus a minor handling fee as follows based on the amount of purchase (of textile/fabric items):

Up to $200  : $12 flat rate
$200 - $500: $20 flat rate
$500+         : $25 flat rate

Shipping charges for furniture items will be based on the size, weight and destination address.


RETURN POLICY

Full refund within 7 days of purchase on regular-priced and sale-priced items.
Exchange or store credit for items returned within 7-30 days after purchase (on regular-priced and sale-priced items).
All special-order items, clearance items, and monogrammed items are final sale and cannot be returned.
No returns on items after 30 days.

All returned merchandise must be in their original packaging, in their original condition, and with their labels still attached.  Laundered items will not be accepted.
